i strained my ankle stumbling down my stairs groggily in the wee hours of the morning monday to ask my neighbors to turn down the party volume. three times…oh, city living! it hurts and i am frustrated not to be able to practice the way i would like to but i am trying to make the most of it by taking this time to slow down, to do some supported postures, to reflect, breathe and meditate. start where you are, always.
